Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing annual tax forms.
  • Provide financial records to Company’s outside accountants in connection with tax return preparation.
  • Make bank deposits and allocate expenses among Company’s subsidiaries.
  • Assist in analyzing and preparing corporate budgets.
  • Monitor expenses and compliance with budgets.
  • Work with outside vendors including third-party payroll services and accountants.
  • Generate 1099's and W-2's.
  • Prepare appropriate schedules and reports as requested by management.
  • Prepare financial models for real estate transactions using Excel and other industry standard applications.
  • Track all listings and closings; create commission invoices for closings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of and accountability for projects/tasks and work both individually and as a part of a team.
  • Ability to delegate, manage, and coordinate projects and tasks.
  • Ability to identify and recommend modifications to existing policies/procedures to improve performance/efficiencies.
  • Independent thinker who will be proactive, assertive, and professional in dealing with internal/external clients, lenders, and third-parties.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Experience/familiarity with commercial real estate underwriting, finance, or transactions a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred.
