The Future 50 Award recognizes 50 of the Washington, DC region's fastest-growing, mid-sized companies based on employee and revenue growth over the past three years. The 2017 winners collectively generated more than $2.3 billion in annual revenue and employ 10,201 individuals in Greater Washington. Winners were celebrated at a black-tie awards gala on February 9, 2017 and profiled in SmartCEO magazine.
Greysteel was recognized by CoStar as a 2016 Power Broker in Washington, DC. These awards are presented to firms who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales in their respective markets throughout the year.
Greysteel President & CEO, Ari Firoozabadi, has received the NAIOP Developing Leaders Award for 2016. This award honors select individuals under the age of 35 who exhibit outstanding leadership characteristics, have notable professional achievements, and are passionate about community service.
Greysteel was named to National Real Estate Investors list of top financial intermediaries. The top financial intermediaries ranking reflects total dollar volume of commercial real estate loans arranged in calendar year 2015.
